Blackheads Blackheads are happen when the pores are clogged close to the surface of the skin. Because they are exposed to the skin surface, blackheads don not usually become inflamed. Mainly blackheads are dark because of the presence of a dark pigment in it. It is a fact that, it cans not dirt and can not be washed away. Causes of Blackheads Possible factors that cause blackheads :- • Due the excess of dead cells on the surface of skin which block to opening the pore • Due to the Improper cleansing of the skin, by which facial oil not being removed • Due to the excess of scrub on the skin • Due to the use of products/makeup that may contain too much oil • Due to the use of cheapest quality of facial cleansing products • Due to the hormones which are the leading cause of increased oil production on the skin. An increase in the male hormones, androgens, will increase the natural production of oil in your skin causing more oil to build up in the pores, often times resulting in the appearance of black heads. Home remedies for Blackheads *Fresh mint juice is a very effective remedy for blackheads. Apply this fresh mint juice on the face every night for the treatment of blackheads. *Prepare a mixture of corn flour with egg white and apply on face. Let it dry completely for 1/2 hour. Dip your hands in warm water and massage your face and wash off. This when repeated regularly gives you a smooth skin. *Another cure for blackheads involves mixing two ounces of clover flowers, two ounces of nettle tops and two ounces of comfrey flowers with four pints of boiling water. Simmer this until the mixture is reduced to only two pints. A wineglass of the mixture is to be taken every three hours. *Make a solution of one and a half cup of hot water and half tablespoon of boric powder. Dip one face napkin in the solution and pat on the face for sometime. Later rub the face with a cotton ball.
